Organisational Feedback
A biblical verse says that 'the eye is the lamp of the Soul'. One of our strengths as an organisation is the ability to look into the eye of an organisation and give them feedback on the soul/health of their business.
This is carried out by a series of anonymous observations across designated departments and services.
Feedback is then given to management detailing the findings. A joint strategy is then developed which includes, where necessary, development interventions and feedback to staff regarding the outcomes.
