From time to time organisations need a mediator to help resolve conflict within teams, departments or individuals.
Training With Purpose, by working closely with the organisation, can act as troubleshooters to resolve such challenges.
In addition to a comprehensive action plan detailing proposed next steps for the individuals and organisation, we continue to support you by offering an email service for up to three months where the individual, team and/or organisation can seek advice and support to maintain the benefits of the programme.
