Training with Purpose exists to train, develop and empower individuals to recognise and fulfil their career and life plan.
Methodology
Our approach is designed to equip staff, and therefore their organisations, with the personal resources that are necessary for maintaining and developing effective work relationships that will achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.
Our programmes are facilitated to take account of the diverse needs of organisations and participants by supporting them though a process which:
- Encourages them to reflect on past and current experience
- Enables them to recognise and apply the attributes of effective working practice
- Identifies their personal development needs
- Illustrates their way forward through personal action planning
- Practices and develops a range of skills and techniques (for example, assertiveness and problem solving)
We achieve this by working with a combination of interactive techniques that encompass both theoretical and practical aspects of management, organisational and personal development, such as group and individual exercises, self-assessment, presentations and discussions.

A strong commitment exists to the promotion of equality of opportunity and elimination of discrimination in all areas.
This includes integration of equality issues into all aspects of programme design, content and training processes. There is active promotion of positive images through teaching and learning materials, methods, language and training room organisation, as well as the attitudes and behaviour of the facilitator.
It is acknowledged that clients have existing equality policies, which are actively supported and wherever possible enhanced.
Evaluation
At the outset of each course, participants will identify their training needs in relation to the programme and its stated objectives. This will then be used at the end of the programme to evaluate the learning outcome.
Where no organisational process or initial reaction forms are available, we use our own evaluation sheets to provide the individual or organisation with a written record.
